Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful thanksgiving and week. K has been a wonderful mood and given us lots of great sleep and fantastic days. She even started saying love you.... It sounds like vuv u mama vuv u dada! She said vuv you mama for the first time on thanksgiving and love you dada right as T was leaving for the airport tonight. Last Thanksgiving was when she first started to crawl.

We went to Sacramento to see T's family on Thursday and had a great time. We missed the traffic, spent lots of time with family and snuck out for some swing time midway through the day. We even left right at bedtime and had a sleeping baby all the way home (who we transferred to the bed - a huge feat for us)... She was saying hi man to one of the uncles and so we started to tease her about saying peace man.. Of course, now K is walking around saying peace man. It is too funny!

T and I went to Stanford for some trip shopping (nothing purchased), but had a great time enjoying the Friday shopping festivities. We also visited our friends K, M & J. J is a few months younger than K and so we had a wonderful time helping them around their new house while K checked out all Js toys and snacks.

T left for Germany today.... It is my first time home with K by myself for more than a few hours... An adventure ahead.

"Peace, man." I always knew my niece has Berkeley blood in her. Your adventure without TMoBro and then on to Europe has snuck up on me so quickly! M says K likes her neigh-neigh. I thought it would be a perfect travel companion for a MoGi always in search of horses. :)
