Champagne

Today we went to Reims in the Champagne region... And it was awesome. We caught the morning service at the cathderal which was stunning and had the best pastries and breakfast in all of France. And the best part of the day... A tour of champagne caves at Pommery. Freezing, but very cool... Down 30 meters and surrounded by champagne, very unique contemporary art and did I mention cold cold air. We learned about the champagne making process, very cool. The tour ended with some vintage champagne and two very happu mogis.
